The East Bay Arts 2019 Prom will be held on Saturday, March 31st, 7pm at The Fairview Metropolitan , 10051 Doolittle Dr, Oakland. Early Bird Tickets are $100 until February 28th. Tickets go up to $120 beginning March 1st. CASH ONLY. Guest bids are available and guests pay $120. Full Buffet dinner starts at 8pm, Photobooth 8:30-11pm and music and dancing until 11pm. ****There are no refunds for any reason, we have to prepay the venue so every penny is accounted for****
